Does AT-205 work? Here’s what I found out

Last time I did a drain and fill on my 2007 Odyssey (fourth time), I added a bottle of AT-205 just for fun to help with a shudder that was already mostly gone. After the first 2 flushes, the shudder was about 85% better, but the AT-205 took it almost to perfect, like 99% fixed. I also used AT-205 in my rusty, failing 2005 Ford's power steering as a last ditch effort, and over a few weeks, it brought the steering back to 100%,... totally saved the car. After seeing how well it worked , I added it to the tranny flush and now im wondering if I should try more AT-205 next time or switch to AT-202 since I just found out about that option

That's great to hear! I actually tried AT-205 on an old Camry for a slight transmission shudder, and it worked surprisingly well. Since AT-205 is designed to target seals and soften them, it probably did wonders for your Odyssey as well. If everything's still running smoothly, sticking with AT-205 sounds like a good plan for now. Just so you know, AT-202 is primarily for protecting the fluid and minimizing wear—not really a seal treatment. It might be a better choice long-term, especially once everything's sealed up nicely

That makes a lot of sense, AT-205 seems to do a great job when seals are starting to dry out.. Glad to hear it worked on your Camry too!! Quick question, how long did the improvement last for you before you had to reapply or do anything else?
