2012 CRV clunking sound

I got my 2012 CR-V and installed KYB front struts with wheel bearings, took it for a test drive, and now I'm hearing what seems like a clunking noise that gets worse on uneven paths. The sounds started after I had driven 15 miles. I don't know if its spring settings or something because the noise appears to be coming mostly from the driver side and my friend sitting at the passenger side said he didn't really hear a thing. I don't know what else could be the problem because I made sure to tighten all the bolts properly

Did you replace the springs? If I were you, I would recheck if the springs are really in a proper position

Sorry for the late reply. Please take a look at the strut mount torque specs and the sway bar links, and make sure the spring seats are positioned correctly. If you're hearing a clunking noise on the driver's side, it might indicate a loose strut mount or that something was assembled incorrectly
